Warranty
- Bizzz Coolers offers a one-year warranty covering all parts of the air coolers, starting from the date of purchase or delivery.
- Damaged/faulty parts will be replaced or repaired on-the-spot at no extra charge.
- Our technician will provide air cooler repair services at your doorstep.
- Only Bizzz Coolers is authorised to perform air cooler repair and replacement of damaged or faulty parts.
- Bizzz Coolers is not liable for any claims related to downtime or loss of the air cooler.
- Any attempt to modify, replace, repair, or disassemble the product will immediately void the warranty.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for warranty coverage, buyers must present the original invoice or receipt as proof of purchase. Parts will be repaired or replaced under the warranty if the following conditions are met:
- Damages/faults must not result from buyer misuse, negligence, modification attempts, accidents, or acts of God (e.g., natural disasters/extreme weather).
- The product must have been purchased within the last year.
- Damages/faults must be due to manufacturer defects.
